A SHORT, SAFE, SUSTAINABLE and ETHICAL supply chain

We use Authentico’s digital platform to certify our supply chain with blockchain technology. An innovative solution capable of ensuring consumers the traceability and wholesomeness of our products, from the cultivation of forage to the collection of milk from our buffaloes. It will also be possible to discover the various processes necessary for the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.

direct contact with the producer, we are a farm located in the Sele plain in the province of Salerno

guarantee of SHORT CHAIN

we raise buffaloes of the Italian Mediterranean breed with great care for animal welfare

we pay particular attention to proper nutrition using fresh forage, hay and silage produced exclusively on the farm land so as to have high quality buffalo milk available, essential for producing excellent DOP Campania buffalo mozzarella

for all the products we use only our milk coming from the company farm a few hours after milking

A 360-degree sensory experience to discover the production chain of the Jemma farm

The group visits, guided by company staff, will allow our guests to immerse themselves both in the agricultural world, in direct contact with nature and buffaloes and in the dairy world in which the artisanal production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP will be shown live, excellence of our territory.

The itinerary will end with a guided tasting of our products in the hall of the historic farmhouse.

The tour will allow participants to discover the daily activities carried out on the farm to guarantee our Customers and Consumers a SHORT – SAFE – SUSTAINABLE – ETHICAL supply chain in full respect of animal welfare.
